Accepted Answer

Johnson Tools is a manufacturer. Our factory is located in Tuqiao Industrial Park, Jiangning District, Nanjing, and our export sales department is in Suzhou Industrial Park, Jiangsu, China. The company was founded by professionals with more than 20 years of experience in diamond tools, and our production is 100% export-oriented.

Question 2

Do you offer OEM and ODM diamond tools?

Accepted Answer

Yes. OEM and ODM are available for all product lines, including diameter, segment height and shape, bond formula, arbor size, laser marking and retail packaging. We sign NDAs to protect your designs.

Question 3

Which certifications do your diamond tools have?

Accepted Answer

Our products are SGS, TÜV and CE certified and every batch passes a full-process quality control system covering raw materials, segment welding strength, dynamic balance and finished-product inspection.

Question 4

What warranty do you provide for diamond blades and core bits?

Accepted Answer

We provide a 1-year warranty plus a 3-month free return and replacement policy for any quality issue.

Question 5

How do I choose the right bond for a diamond saw blade?

Accepted Answer

Match the bond to the material: hard, dense materials such as granite or cured concrete with hard aggregate need a softer bond so worn diamonds release and fresh diamonds are exposed. Abrasive materials such as asphalt, green concrete and block need a harder bond to resist fast segment wear.

Question 6

What information do you need to recommend the right diamond tool?

Accepted Answer

Please share the material being cut or drilled, aggregate hardness and rebar content, machine type and power, wet or dry use, required diameter and arbor, and your expected monthly volume.
